On this scenic loop, you’ll travel through Sint-Kruis and Oostburg to the northern town of Groede. There, you’ll discover a charming village square featuring a medieval hall church. Groede, also known for being the home of Jacob Cats, who owned extensive estates in the area, was fortunate to escape the bombings of WWII, preserving its original character. Following a path that stretches high above the narrow dunes, you’ll make your way down to the beach resort of Cadzand and the Het Zwin nature reserve. Cycling along the 17th-century ramparts of Retranchement and Sluis, you’ll return to Aardenburg.
